We recognise that clients may require initial advice or general information before separating or discussing matters with former partners or at any other stage. The department therefore offers an initial 45 minute diagnostic interview currently being undertaken on a free basis.

During this interview we aim to provide outline advice, details of options to progress matters and full cost information.

We appreciate that costs are important particularly in these difficult financial times and at the start and throughout all matters we will discuss the most cost effective way forward and will keep you fully advised of costs as we proceed.

We fully recognise particularly when emotions run high that clients can feel lost in the “legal maze” and again at all times we will keep you advised of progress and options and pride ourselves on being receptive to any questions.

We can also ensure that any related matrimonial transfers/all matters are effectively transferred and dealt with in the firm.
